Many women in more fluid, self-navigating careers like product management are heavily dependent on networking and access to information related to opportunities for career growth, personal development and higher educational opportunities. Hence, don’t know where to begin or what steps to follow — they need direction. Women like visibility between 'getting educated' and 'knowing something could be used in the workplace'
Choosing primary target audience
From all the four personas provided, I've narrowed down to one which is a woman in her late teens to early 30s employed. Additionally, this group is more likely to be digitally literate and already about to or are engaged in the workforce, and are most likely to immediately benefit from the app. I've narrowed down to some of the following corporate and tech careers below based on systemic, cultural, or access-related barriers and can need help with the following career options:
How to break in from different backgrounds (engineering, MBA, design)
PM skills, interview prep, portfolio building, mentorship paths
Self-taught vs formal training paths
Portfolio building, freelancing, job boards
