Feature Explanation

I've created a modern, user-friendly platform called "TechSakhi" with three main sections:

1. Discussions Tab

• View - The discussion system for each tool where users can:

  • Upvote helpful suggestions

  • Comment on others' experiences

  • Share the posts on other platforms

• Start a Discussion - Forum-style discussions with likes and comments

  • Add a new post creation modal with title and content fields

  • Comment system with existing comments display

1. Mentorship Tab

• Profile cards for mentors with their expertise, location and company information

  • Add a new post creation modal with title and content fields

• Pre-set questionnaire when connecting with mentors

• Meeting scheduling functionality

• Created a two-step connection process

  • Step 1: Career goals, background, and expectations

  • Step 2: Time slot selection from mentor's available slots

• Added visual progress indicator to motivate prospective mentees to fill the form and schedule a meeting

	Develop a user-friendly interface with strong security features	🟢 Medium Score - 1111.11	Security Considerations for Prototype Development As this is a prototype, building robust security features is not the primary focus at this stage. However, security remains an important aspect that demands significant effort. Therefore, it will be included in the initial development phase.	The first three metrics are prioritized with a value of 100 to emphasize the need for security features at a later stage as both mentors and mentees will put personal information across various touchpoints. In contrast, laying the groundwork for robust security features is a complex task and is given a 9.
✅	Compile a well-curated list of resources and mentorship opportunities	🔴 Top Priority Score - 1040.00	Key for value delivery and engagement	Since this will be one of the key features, we are assuming it will reach all the users participating whereas assuming only 78% would have an impact, including both the mentors and the mentees. Feeding data and getting mentors would involve some work, hence the effort is rated as '6'.
✅	Build an in-app community for networking (Discussions tab)	🔴 Top Priority Score - 3000.00	Helps users feel supported and connected	Discussions tab would be one of the easiest tabs to either view, or even engage in discussions and would require least effort in creation and kickstarting feeding data would be easy too.
✅	Create a system for regular updates on new opportunities (Events tab)	🟢 Medium Score - 1133.33	Keeps users informed, boosts retention	Out of all the users, at least 80% may want to participate out of sheer curiously in online events and wouldn't require a lot of effort to organize a few events while partnering with interested mentors/ organizations.
	Develop educational content modules	Score - 183.75	Enables independent learning and skilling	Developing educational content would be one of the most challenging tasks and may also not be needed, hence I have added a new feature which may work more effectively.
✅	Toolkits Tab (Personal Addition)	🟡 High Score - 1105.00	Enables awareness about real world cases and tools used these days from mentors.	Each toolkit will have widely used tools with posts from mentors and nested comments section to ask additional questions/ add opinions on specific posts.
